No. AqarHawk is a software subscription. We do not sell, rent or broker property, and we do not collect money on behalf of anyone else. All you pay us is the price of your subscription.

Where does the data come from?
From listings published publicly on Egyptian property portals, refreshed about every two days. No portal's private data, and no non-public source.
What is the valuation report?
A page or PDF carrying your name and number, showing the suggested price for a unit and its range, alongside real comparable listings from the same district and size. It opens from a link with no login and can be sent over WhatsApp.
