Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AqarHawk ("AqarHawk", "we", "us") operates the website aqarhawk.com and the AqarHawk console, a real-estate market intelligence service for the Egyptian market. You can reach us at aqarhawk@gmail.com or on +20 106 402 6747.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the console, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you use AqarHawk on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. The service

AqarHawk reads listings that are published publicly on Egyptian property portals, refreshed about every two days, and turns them into tools for your work, including:

• your own listings grouped under your phone numbers, with where each one sits against its market;
• pricing comparisons, listing completeness, portal presence and competitor activity in your areas;
• client requests matched against your stock, valuation reports you can share with clients, and other features described on our website and inside the console.

Features may differ by plan. Some features depend on services run by others (for example WhatsApp for messages); where those are unavailable, the feature may be too.

4. Accounts and sign-in

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date. We verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• A login is for one person. A brokerage plan includes a number of seats; each member needs their own login, invited by the company's manager.
• The company's manager can see and manage the company's data, its members and their access.

5. Your numbers and listings

Your console shows the listings published under the mobile number you verify, and any other numbers we link to your account at your request. You confirm that every number you ask us to link is yours or your company's. We may refuse or remove a link that we cannot confirm, or that belongs to another customer. If your number has no listings yet when you sign up, we link them when they appear on the portals.

6. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are shown on the sign-up page before you pay. You pay in advance for a monthly or a yearly period.
• Payments are processed by Paymob, a licensed payment provider, by card or mobile wallet. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Your account opens once your payment is confirmed. Each payment gets an invoice number.
• Nothing renews automatically. We remind you before your period ends; you keep your access by paying for the next period. If a period ends unpaid, your account stays open for a 7-day grace period and is then paused. Your data is kept while the account is paused, and comes back when you pay.
• We may change our prices. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we tell you before it applies to your next one.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment and a refund of unused months when a yearly plan is cancelled.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your login, or let more people use an account than its plan's seats;
• copy, scrape, resell or republish the service's data or reports in bulk, or use them to build a competing product;
• use contact details shown in the service to send spam, to harass anyone, or in any way that breaks Egyptian law — including the Personal Data Protection Law — or ignores a person's request not to be contacted;
• try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, test or overload our systems, or get around our security or limits;
• present AqarHawk's estimates as a certified valuation, or mislead your clients about where they come from.

9. The data and the reports

• Our data comes from listings that advertisers chose to publish publicly on property portals. We do not control those listings, and we cannot promise they are complete, accurate or up to date.
• Suggested prices, ranges and scores are estimates based on asking prices in public listings, not sale prices and not a certified valuation. Make your own judgement before acting on them.
• The console, its analysis and its design belong to AqarHawk. While your subscription is active, you may use them for your own real-estate business, and share the reports the console makes with your clients.
• What you enter yourself — your clients' requests, notes, your logo — stays yours; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep AqarHawk available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any portal will keep publishing what it publishes today. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove something central to your plan during a paid period, you can cancel and get a refund of the unused part of that period.

11. Suspension and cancellation

• You can stop using AqarHawk at any time; since nothing renews automatically, simply do not pay for the next period. To close your account and delete your data, write to us.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, that misuses the service or other people's data, or whose period ends unpaid as described above. Where reasonable we warn you first.
• When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

12. Liability

AqarHawk is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost deals, lost profit or decisions taken on our estimates — and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will try to settle any disagreement with you directly first; if we cannot, the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or in the console before it takes effect; continuing to use AqarHawk after that means you accept the new terms.
