AqarHawk is an Egyptian real estate market intelligence platform. We follow the listings posted publicly on
more than 15 Egyptian property portals and turn them into a clear dashboard: where each listing stands against its
market, who competes with it, and where the next opportunity is.
What we offer
- Agent console — for real estate agents and agencies: all your listings from every portal under your phone number, each priced against its district, what each one is missing, your competitors in your areas, and valuation reports and payment plans under your name to send to clients. A monthly or yearly subscription after a 2-day free trial — pricing.
- Portal dashboard — for property portals: the whole market, its listings, agents and movements, for sales and management teams.
Where our data comes from
Only from listings posted publicly on Egyptian property portals, refreshed about every two days. We use no portal's private data and no non-public source. Our customers' data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
How it works
The service is fully digital: it runs in the browser on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install and nothing shipped. A subscription is activated as soon as it is paid online through Paymob — Service Delivery Policy · Refund & Cancellation Policy · Terms of Service.
