Service Delivery Policy

1. What you buy

A monthly or yearly subscription to the online agent console, on the plan you choose (pricing). No physical product is shipped and nothing needs installing: the service runs in the browser.

2. Activation after payment

• You pay online through Paymob, by card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) or mobile wallet.
• As soon as Paymob confirms the payment, your subscription is activated on your account automatically, usually within minutes, and the console shows your subscription's status and end date.
• If the payment went through and your subscription is not active within 24 hours, contact us: we activate it at once, or refund the full amount under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Free trial

Every account starts with a 2-day free trial, with no payment and no card. It starts once we have confirmed your number and linked its listings, so you try the console on your own listings. When it ends, choose a plan to carry on; your data stays as it is.

4. Service period and renewal

A subscription runs for one month or one year from the payment date, as you chose. Nothing renews automatically: to carry on after it ends, you pay for a new period from inside the console, and you are never charged for a period you did not choose.

5. Where the service is provided

The service is provided online to customers across Egypt. Its data comes from listings posted publicly on Egyptian property portals, refreshed about every two days.

6. Help

If you have trouble logging in or with your subscription, write to us from the email or mobile number on your account, and we reply the same day.

This policy does not limit any right you have under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
